Anvar Asrutdinov was named partner within the firm’s Financial Advisory practice, taking the lead of#nbsp;its Forensic team. His professional expertise includes advising on#nbsp;disputes concerning internal investigations, conducting due diligence of#nbsp;employees and business partners.
Anvar is#nbsp;an#nbsp;expert with 20+ years of#nbsp;experience in#nbsp;finance, forensic and integrity services, including 15 years with Big Four companies. He#nbsp;has an#nbsp;impressive track record of#nbsp;more than 200 projects delivered in#nbsp;the fields of#nbsp;financial investigations, internal controls, financial advisory, and audit.
The firm’s another new partner is Maxim Tolkachev. He#nbsp;has been advising Russian and international clients on#nbsp;various aspects of M&A transactions for over 15 years, including the last seven years as#nbsp;a#nbsp;director in#nbsp;the Financial Advisory practice of#nbsp;the Russian firm.
Maxim has a#nbsp;wealth of#nbsp;experience in#nbsp;a#nbsp;wide range of#nbsp;corporate finance services, including due diligence and independent business reviews, advising on#nbsp;closing mechanisms and post-closing price adjustments, financial aspects of#nbsp;share purchase agreements, and other M&A services.
Timofey Khoroshev was appointed partner, taking up#nbsp;leadership of#nbsp;the firm’s Technology Consulting practice. He#nbsp;advises clients on#nbsp;the development and maintenance of#nbsp;IT strategies, digital transformation, import substitution, roll-out of#nbsp;information systems and product approach, design of#nbsp;target#nbsp;IT architecture and infrastructure, and delivery of#nbsp;complex tech projects.
Timofey is#nbsp;an#nbsp;expert with 20+ years of#nbsp;experience in#nbsp;tech consulting. Since 2017, he#nbsp;has been tech practice partner and leader in#nbsp;the Big Four companies, where he#nbsp;was overseeing the implementation of#nbsp;new digital transformation, IT#nbsp;infrastructure, and ERP services.
